NISOTEC GREASE Li are multipurpose antifriction greases without EP additives, formulated on the basis of Li-12-hydroxy stearate and performance additives that provide a very good resistance to the presence of water, grease oxidation stability and protection of parts from rust, corrosion and wear. Available in four NLGI gradations: 0, 1, 2 and 3. Designed for universal lubrication of industrial machinery and equipment operating in conditions of moderate loads and moderate speeds in hostile environments such as high humidity and wide temperature range from -30°C to +120°C, but where the presence of EP additives is not necessary. NISOTEC GREASE Li 0 is recommended for central lubrication systems.

NISOTEC GREASE Li 00 EP is a multipurpose semifluid, anti-friction and water-resistant lithium grease with EP additives formulated for the purpose of lubrication and sealing of the central lubrication system in vehicles, transmissions and gearboxes and other mechanisms working outdoors. Field of application is in the temperature range of -30°C to +100°C.

Poseduje vrlo dobru otpornost na vodu i osigurava zaštitu od oksidacije, korozije i habanja kao i grebanja delova. Preporučuje se za podmazivanje delova gde se zahteva odgovarajuća zaštita frikcionih sklopova od visokih i udarnih opterećenja u građevinskoj i rudarskoj opremi i poljoprivrednoj mehanizaciji. Primenjuje se u opsegu temperatura od -20°C do +120°C.

They can be used at temperatures from -30 to 130°C. They are resistant to water, and ensure the protection of metal surfaces from corrosion and rust. They are characterized by excellent stability throughout the extended period of application. They are available in two NLGI gradations, 1 and 2.

NISOTEC GREASE Graphite 2 EP is a multipurpose lithium grease with EP additives and addition of graphite. Addition of graphite provides excellent protection against shock loads and vibration of slide bearings in industrial and agricultural equipment. It can be applied at temperatures from -20°C to 120°C. Provides stability to the effects of shock loads, excellent protection of metal surfaces against corrosion and wear and resistance to water.

NISOTEC GREASE Temp 2 EP je is a high temperature grease, with bentonite as the thickener with EP additives, designed for lubrication of plain and rolling element bearings and other circuits that operate at high temperatures and loads at low and medium speeds. It is stable, and provides excellent protection against corrosion and wear in the presence of water. Temperature range of application is from -20°C to 180°C, for short periods of up to 200°C.

NISOTEC GREASE OG EP is calcium sulphonate grease of a premium quality, with EP additives, and the addition of MoS2 and graphite, intended for the lubrication of highly loaded open gear trains. It can be used for lubrication of open and closed gears and lubrication of wire ropes and chains in the cement industry and mining. It can be used at temperatures from -20°C to 120°C. It withstands very high pressures, shock loads and vibration, is resistant to water, oxidation and protected metal surfaces from corrosion and rust in the presence of water.

NISOTEC GREASE Li 2 PELLET is Li- complex grease formulated with special additives ensuring long-term administration at high loads and high temperatures. It is primarily recommended for lubrication of bearings and assemblies in industrial systems and equipment for the production of pellets. Features an excellent oxidation stability and corrosion protection which extends the life of the equipment. It can be used at temperatures from -20°C to +140°C.

NISOTEC GREASE Ca 2 is a multi-purpose calcium-based grease, without EP additives and solid supplements. Provides exceptional resistance to the presence of water and excellent protection against corrosion and wear in conditions of moderate loads. It can be used at temperatures from -25°C to +60°C. It is designed for lubrication of bearings in industrial and agricultural equipment operating in conditions of low-speed, moderate load and temperature. It can be used in various types of equipment and machinery in an industry which requires a good resistance to water.

NISOTEC GREASE Ca-G 2 EP is a multi-purpose grease based on calcium, with the addition of graphite and EP additives. It is resistant to the presence of water, provides excellent protection against corrosion and wear protection under high and shock loads. It is therefore recommended for the lubrication of bearings in moderate tempertaures and high loads. It can be used at temperatures of -20°C to +60°C, with various types of equipment and machinery in the industry that need good resistance to the presence of water.

NISOTEC GREASE Li COMPLEX 2 EP is multipurpose Li complex grease with EP additives. Provides possibility of application under high loads and high temperatures. It is extremely resistant to water. It is designed for lubrication of bearings and joints that are installed in mobile vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment, as well as to lubricate electric motor bearings. Can be used for lubrication of plain and rolling bearings in most industrial equipment. Temperature range is from -30°C to +140°C.
